Si bien entiendo de qué se trata, quisiera saber el nombre exacto (de ser posible) en español para este tipo de seguros.

On another note, it has come to my attention that XXX currently does not have any Employer's Liability insurance (protects against injury claims from employees) in Argentina, while such claims are fairly common.
Do you know why this coverage has not been purchased locally in the past?
Have you received quotes for it and decided not to purchase the coverage?
I would be interested in a little history. We can not purchase umbrella/excess protection for XXX if there is no underlying
local coverage for this.
